Contact an Expert for a Full Assessment

Before starting your project it is worthwhile to get a professional assessment to determine the current energy efficiency of your building.

An EPC assessment will provide you with an energy efficiency rating for your home as well as providing guidance on which measures you could install to increase the properties energy efficiency.  When selecting an EPC assessor ensure that they are registered with the Scottish Government; you can check this on the EPC register website https://www.scottishepcregister.org.uk/assessorsearch

Aberdeen City Council’s Aberdeen Victorian Tenement Project provides free home visits to assess which energy efficiency measures are right for your property. For more information please contact Home Energy Team on homeenergy@aberdeencity.gov.uk or telephone 01224 067425.
